These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program offered by Geremie Fiorini Agency, LLC, doing business as Geremie Fiorini Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

The Geremie Fiorini Agency messaging program sends insurance-related communications to people who have requested information or affirmatively agreed to receive messages. Messages may include:

• Account notifications, policy service updates, billing reminders, and document requests;
• Customer care responses, appointment coordination, and quote follow-up; and
• Marketing messages about insurance products or services where you have provided consent.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages through our website or quote form, giving written consent, or initiating a text conversation with us at 480-805-4015. Your consent applies to Geremie Fiorini Agency.

Consent and Eligibility

By opting in, you authorize Geremie Fiorini Agency to send account notifications, customer care, and marketing text messages to the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number, or that you are otherwise authorized to consent to messages at that number. If the number changes or is reassigned, notify us or opt out before discontinuing its use.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, account or policy activity, service needs, and communication preferences.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless carrier and service plan. Geremie Fiorini Agency does not impose a separate charge to participate in the program.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We may send one final text confirming the opt-out. After confirmation, we will not send additional program text messages unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent contact through another method where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences.

Privacy

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on successful transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The program may not be supported by every carrier, device, or location.

Program Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where appropriate, we may also provide notice of material program changes by text or another available method.

No Insurance Coverage by Text

Text messages, quote discussions, and form submissions do not create, modify, or bind insurance coverage. Coverage is subject to carrier approval, underwriting, applicable documents, payment, and all policy terms and conditions.
